Privacy Policy

Last updated July 24, 2026

I’m Brent West, and West Works Innovations is my one-person consulting practice. This site does about as little with your data as a site can. There’s one form, and it exists so you can reach me. This page explains exactly what that involves — in plain language, because I’d rather you actually read it.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, business or organization, the message you write, and the optional details about what you’re using now, your budget range, and your timeline. That’s the entire list.

I don’t run analytics. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no session recording. The site doesn’t set cookies to follow you around, because it isn’t trying to.

How I use it

To read your inquiry and reply to it. That’s the whole purpose. If we end up working together, I may keep our correspondence as part of the normal record of the project.

I don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone’s marketing — mine or a third party’s. I won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Who else touches it

The site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes contact-form submissions and stores them so they reach me. When you send the form, your submission passes through and is held by Netlify under their privacy terms. They act as my service provider — they don’t get to use your data for their own purposes.

That’s the only third party in the loop. No CRM, no email marketing platform, no ad networks.

How long I keep it

As long as it’s useful for the reason you sent it, and no longer than it needs to be. If your inquiry doesn’t lead anywhere and you’d like it gone, ask and I’ll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email bnotluvinit@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it — I’m the only person handling this, so there’s no queue to get lost in.

If you’re in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know what’s collected, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. If you’re in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you similar rights, including access and erasure; my basis for holding your data is your request to be contacted. Either way, the answer is the same: email me and I’ll honor it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are handled by Netlify’s infrastructure. I take reasonable steps to protect what you send, but no method of transmitting or storing data online is perfectly secure, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and move the “last updated” date at the top. If the site ever starts collecting more than it does today, this page will say so before it does.
